I snapped a quick pic of these lichens on a fence yesterday, and went back today to try and get a better shot with some lights and focus stacking.
The R5 has an internal focus bracketing function that operates at quite high speed, reducing the chance for movement or lighting changes to spoil the shot, so I used that instead of dragging the WeMacro rail out into the middle of a field.
These little trumpets are evidently Pixie Cup Lichen (Cladonia asahinae). I thought they were rather interesting.
